RKDN

At RKDN we have adopted the True Colors methodology. True Colors is a personality assessment tool based on temperament theory. It categorises individuals into four color spectrums—Blue, Gold, Green, and Orange—each representing distinct personality traits and communication styles.

Each team member’s strongest colour preference is highlighted in their respective card above.
